Athletic Yoga

Athletes will be introduced to yoga poses and flows in a casual and fun atmosphere, while focusing the effort around the functional motion related to shoulders, legs and core. Meets every Sunday from 12-1 and Wednesday nights 7-8. Good for all athletes and all ages. Packages can be shared. (first class free)
