Swim Analysis w/ DVD: We use a swim in place pool with underwater cameras and immediate video feedback. All this with incredible coaching and state of the art computer analysis. Good for swimmers of all ages, and supported with a take home DVD highlighting important technique tweaks with video clips and coach comments. Each session lasts 30 minutes, and you are welcome to use it as a private or semiprivate session. Packages must be used within 90 days and can be shared.

Swim Analysis NO DVD - 5 pack: This is a total of 2 1/2 hours of swim technique work divided into five 30 minute sessions. There will be video support during the swimming, but no take home DVD. You are welcome to use the 30 minutes as a private or semiprivate session (up to 3 people). Good for all ages, and packages can be shared. $225.

TWEAK Clinics - This is a program designed for the 8-12 year old child. The class meets once a week for five, 30 minute sessions. These clinics have video playback incorporated into the session, but there will be no take home DVD. The clinics are put together by TWEAK on a regular basis. Call for class availability. There are up to 3 kids in each clinic. $100 each.

15 Minute Assessment - This is a 15 minute swim analysis with video support, but no take home DVD. For those who are only looking for a quick “tweak” in one stroke. $25.

Free 10 Minute Demo - This is a one time service for anyone who wants to experience what we do. You will have 10 minutes in the water with underwater filming, playback and coaching.

Start and Turn Clinics - TWEAK runs start and turn clinics at full size pools several times a year. These clinics partner the swimmer with the same coach for both the start and turn portions, for consistent and clear instruction. As with all the other services, there will be video capture and playback to support the athlete for a full understanding of the technique. $50.
